Profile:

  • Higher education in luxury hospitality
  • Proven experience in reception within a 5-star establishment
  • Strong experience in Food & Beverage (restaurant, catering or high-end room service)
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Keen sense of service and high-end client relations
  • Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office)
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Fluent French and English essential
  • Residence in Switzerland required (B or C permit)

  • Welcome demanding clients with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage salon reservations and optimise their scheduling
  • Draft and coordinate menu proposals with internal teams
  • Ensure accurate transmission of information to kitchen and service teams
  • Supervise the setup of salons, including technical aspects
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to the activity (confirmations, occupancy tracking, etc.)
  • Occasionally participate in welcoming and serving at exceptional events
