Hospitality F&B (HF) 60% Fixed-term contract Work location: Geneva Working rate: 60% from Monday to Friday Start: As soon as possible At ISS, we all call ourselves Placemakers. Your tasks: - Ensure the quality of hospitality services for our client - Rigorously apply internal procedures (SOP) and hygiene standards - Identify areas for improvement and propose actions to the teams and coordinate projects related to hospitality - Update procedure guides and documents - Collect data, prepare reports and monitor various internal requests - Support internal stakeholders in their daily needs Your profile and experience in F&B: - Minimum 4 years in excellence environments - Graduated from a hospitality school is a plus - Advanced French (C2 level) - Advanced English (C1 level) - Mastery of food safety standards (HACCP) - Proven experience in a similar role (hotel, collective or hospitality) - Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Canva is a plus - Excellent knowledge of service processes and service standards - Experience in administration is a plus - Excellent team spirit and service-oriented attitude - Flexibility, sense of priorities, and ability to manage various responsibilities - Sense of autonomy and great rigor - Comfort in multicultural and client-oriented environments Ready for us?
