In this context, we are looking for a:
Hospital Logistics ERP Consultant
The mission
Reporting to the Application Manager and the Operations Director, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our solutions:
- Provide customer support
- Configure our software according to client needs
- Identify and analyse functional issues
- Study development requests and propose improvements
- Test new features before deployment
- Write functional documentation
- Train users on Opale solutions
- Manage new projects from pre-sales phase to go-live
- Monitor developments related to hospital logistics
Your Profile
- Knowledge of hospital logistics
- Strong adaptability and learning ability
- German is a plus
- Dynamic, proactive mindset and stress-resistant
- Sense of responsibility and customer orientation
