HORTICULTURIST·E FLORICULTURIST·E, LANDSCAPER AT 40% The Municipality of Montreux is announcing this position with the following main tasks: Execute all maintenance work of the public domain Execute landscaping work Ensure maintenance and pruning of trees and shrubs Guarantee the upkeep of planted areas Maintain service rooms, vehicles, and machines, as well as tools Participate in snow removal and damage control from bad weather Profile: Federal vocational certificate (CFC) in horticulture with a specialization in landscaping or/and floriculture, or deemed equivalent Basic course 1, tree climbing technique on rope (3 years of related professional experience) Good ability to sense the public service and solution-oriented mindset Special conditions: Must be available and flexible in hours (on-call service or alarms, including Saturday, Sunday, and night shifts) Required to reach the defined workplace within a maximum of 30 minutes to respond to alarms Work weekends and holidays as per established schedule and needs Hold a valid driver’s license for light vehicles and trailers B and BE Machinist license M1, lift license, forklift license: must be in good physical condition and not prone to vertigo Particular attention to biodiversity Start date: June 1 or to be agreed.
