IMAD is a pioneering and reference institution in home care in the Geneva canton. It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to more than a certain number of people of all ages, 25% of whom are under 65. With trained and engaged professionals, including more than 50 teams deployed throughout the canton, IMAD's mission is to respond to the needs of individuals and their desire to remain at home independently while preserving their quality of life during periods of temporary or prolonged fragility. It provides a flexible working environment that supports the balance between professional and private life and conditions that encourage skill development as well as the sharing of knowledge and experiences.Home Care Nurse / at 80 or 100% / in a CDIL, the nurse intervenes in the homes of clients of all ages who require nursing care. The specifics of home care are related to the unpredictability of the context, as well as the variety of encounters both socio-economically and environmentally as well as psycho-physically. The nurses work autonomously, respecting the individual's lifestyle habits, beliefs, values, culture, autonomy, and integrity.Missions and Responsibilities:- Carry out a referential role within the framework of home care teams and act in accordance with the principles of the professional nursing code of ethics.- Provide personalized, comprehensive nursing care autonomously and/or on medical prescription, preventative care, and to clients of all ages at home.- Organize medical-social procedures, and collaborate with all stakeholders involved in a client's care, utilizing available resources and supporting care performed or delegated to ASSCs.- Work in interdisciplinary and interprofessional settings while respecting institutional missions and objectives.- Participate in activities of nursing care and continuing education or equivalent.Requirements:- Minimum X years of professional experience.- Knowledge of the Geneva healthcare network.- Ability to work autonomously as well as in an interdisciplinary team.- Excellent capacity for responsibility and problem-solving.- Mobility is essential (Bicycle / walking / Public Transport / car).What we offer:At IMAD, we believe that well-being is essential.
