Home Care NurseWe recruit and recognize all talent!We are recruiting motivated professionals to work with people living at home in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud (La Côte region).Home Care NurseStructure and environment:- Major player in home care operating in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud;- Structure that places particular importance on the quality of care, proximity, and personalized support for beneficiaries;- Home visits in a defined geographical area, by car, bicycle, or on foot depending on the zones;- Variable hours: day, evening, split shifts, weekends depending on needs;- Depending on your availability and field needs, we offer:- regular assignments with an activity rate of up to 80%- short-term replacements- ad hoc interventions on short notice- temporary assignments from a few hours to several weeksYour profile:- You have at least 2 years of experience in nursing care;- You ideally have successful prior experience in home care;- You possess good knowledge of the Geneva and/or Vaud care network;- You are organized, autonomous, flexible, and have an excellent sense of service;- You are comfortable with digital tools and care documentation;- You have a personal vehicle or are mobile in your area of intervention;- You are capable of managing emergencies and unforeseen events autonomously;- You demonstrate discretion and great interpersonal skills;- Your criminal record is clean;- You are looking for both regular activity and the opportunity for occasional assignments according to your availability.Mission:- Ensure individualized and quality care for beneficiaries at home;- Perform nursing care autonomously in compliance with professional standards;- Ensure the traceability of care and transmit essential information for the continuity of care;- Evaluate the needs of beneficiaries and participate in the development and adjustment of the care plan;- Collaborate closely with the various stakeholders and partners in the care network;- Contribute to maintaining home care and the preservation of the autonomy of beneficiaries;- Intervene within the framework of regular rounds, planned replacements, or urgent assignments according to needs.Do you recognize yourself in this description?
