L IMAD is a pioneering and reference institution in home care in the canton of Geneva. It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to over 4,000 individuals of all ages, 25% of whom are under 65. With trained and committed staff, more than 50 teams deployed across the canton, L IMAD's mission is to meet the needs of individuals wishing to remain at home independently while preserving their quality of life during times of temporary or prolonged fragility. We are looking for a home nurse (80% or 100%) in a permanent contract within the centralized team for long-term replacement missions (6 to 15 months) with the responsibility for a portfolio of cases. Join our team in the long-term centralized pool (PCLD)!As a member of the PCLD, you will be required to intervene throughout the Canton of Geneva for long-term replacements, ranging from 6 to 15 months, within our branches. Your main mission will be to ensure continuity in follow-up care by acting as a reference in managing cases and providing quality care.We are looking for committed individuals to occupy a position where you will have the opportunity to: - Face stimulating challenges and engage in enriching professional experiences.- Broaden your horizons by working long-term in various sectors in Geneva, within diverse teams and with different types of care.- Gain in-depth knowledge of the healthcare and social network in Geneva, as well as of our institution and the field of home care and support.- Develop your theoretical and practical skills through appropriate training.By joining the PCLD team, you will be able to:- Assume the role of a reference in addressing clients' needs in accordance with the ethical principles of the nursing profession, within the home care team model.- Provide personalized nursing care, self-directed or upon medical request, covering a range of preventive services, directly for individuals of all ages at home.- Work closely with health and community care professionals, as well as multidisciplinary helpers, delegating care according to established procedures.- Organize medical-social procedures and coordinate with all stakeholders involved in a case, mobilizing available resources from the primary care network.You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from HES-SO or an equivalent qualification, along with recognized excellent capabilities and skills with demonstrated flexibility and availability, a strong sense of responsibility, and problem-solving skills essential for meeting challenges. Aptitude for autonomous work and interprofessional collaboration within a team is required, along with the ability to travel, which may include walking, cycling, using public transport (TPG), or driving depending on assignments.
