One of our clients is looking for: Nursing Assistant for Home Care Long missions at 80% Nursing Assistant for home care (M/F) MISSION DESCRIPTION You will intervene for our client within the homes of individuals to provide adapted Nursing Assistant care, taking into account their physical, psychological, sociocultural characteristics and their socio-environment. You represent our client and fulfill your role according to the ethics and values inherent to the profession. Your experience and analysis enable you to provide quality care, respond to emergencies, and initiate the implementation of preventive care. You must possess the diploma and have a clean criminal record. Your professional background as a Nursing Assistant allows you to justify a minimum of X years of experience. A first experience in home care is a plus. You must show rigor in providing care with dexterity and efficiency while adhering to hygiene rules. Comfortable with the tools, you are capable of integrating and using the tools made available to you. These tools will allow you to, among other things, transmit information in French, which you master both in writing and orally. Flexible and mobile, you are familiar with the Swiss healthcare system and have a good understanding of the area. Comfortable with cycling, available quickly.
