Our needs in home care are continually growing, and we are looking for experienced nurses to join our existing teams.Home Care Nurse (M/F)Structure:- Reference structure specialized in home care management,- Structure that places particular importance on care and proximity,- Care rounds in a limited geographical area, by bike, car, or on foot.Schedule: Continuous day shifts, evening or monthly at 80 - 100%, renewable, with the opportunity for a permanent position.Your profile:- You have at least 2 years of experience in nursing;- You have a successful first experience in home care;- If you have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss care network, that's a real plus;- You are organized, flexible, and adaptable;- You are comfortable with tools;- You have a personal vehicle (a plus) or are comfortable cycling;- You are not afraid of managing emergencies autonomously, and you are in control of your emotions;- You can demonstrate great ease and discretion;- Your criminal record is clean;- You wish to invest sustainably in a care structure with a mission: - To provide personalized care tailored to needs and quality; - To ensure nursing rounds independently; - To ensure the traceability of care and essentials in the person's management; - To participate in the individual's needs to establish an accurate care plan; - To collaborate on care with the multidisciplinary team.Do you recognize yourself in this?
