To meet the needs of one of our clients located in Morges, for long-term assignments at 80%, we are looking for a:

Your mission:

• Ensure rapid and effective technical care of patients.
• Provide technical care at home to patients in oncology and palliative care.
• Ensure the transmission of information and the updating of medical records via the MedLink software.
• Strictly apply the protocols and procedures established by the institution.

Required skills:

• You are mobile, autonomous and demonstrate a great capacity for adaptation.
• You show a genuine interest in the fields of oncology, haematology, palliative care, technical care and home care.
• You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable with digital tools and smartphones, you ideally have knowledge of the MedLink software.
• You aspire to develop your skills within a stimulating environment committed to providing high-quality care services.

Your profile:

• You hold a HES nursing diploma or have recognition of your foreign diploma by the Swiss Red Cross, which is mandatory.
• You are available immediately or shortly.
• You have successful experience in home care (at least one year).
