The specificity of home work is linked to the unpredictability of the context, the complexity, and the variety of situations encountered on a socio-economic, environmental, and psycho-physical level. The interventions are carried out autonomously, respecting the lifestyle habits, beliefs, values, culture, autonomy, and integrity of the clients.Missions and responsibilities- Exercise a role as a referent nurse within the framework of the home care team model and act in accordance with the principles of the professional nursing code of ethics- Provide personalized, comprehensive nursing care, preventive care, and education autonomously and/or upon medical prescription to clients of all ages at home- Organize medico-social procedures, coordination, and collaboration with all stakeholders in the care of a given client, by mobilizing available resources and supervising care performed or delegated to nursing assistants- Work in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional manner, respecting the institutional mission and objectives- Participate in training and research activities in nursingProfile- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent- Minimum [number] years of professional experience- Knowledge of the Geneva healthcare network- Ability to work autonomously as well as in an interdisciplinary team- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage responsibilities and problem-solving- Mobility essential (Bicycle / walking / public transport / car).What we offerAt IMAD, we believe that you are our greatest asset.
