To strengthen our home care teams in the canton of Geneva, we are currently looking for:

Home Care and Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care and support to patients at home.
• Assist beneficiaries with daily living activities (washing, dressing, meals, etc.).
• Provide moral and social support to patients.
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals.
• Comply with hygiene and safety protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• ASA diploma, nursing assistant or Red Cross health auxiliary certificate
• Experience in home care is an advantage
• You hold a driving licence and have a vehicle
• You demonstrate reliability and responsibility,
• You master hygiene, asepsis and safety rules,
• Knowledge of Medlink software is an asset,
• You are discreet and empathetic
• Split shifts only
• Available immediately

We offer you a part-time permanent contract, providing great autonomy.

You will have a schedule set over several weeks, on regular rounds to build relationships with our patients.

You will have access to various training related to your profession.
