Your mission, should you choose to accept it

• Build, develop and maintain a network of competitive and quality suppliers, in Switzerland and internationally
• Identify and discover new products, brands and items with high potential in the Home universe, with a particular focus on the Well-being sector
• Negotiate purchasing conditions to create attractive and differentiating offers
• Achieve defined economic objectives and actively contribute to the profitability of the sector
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative sales results to continuously optimise product selection and offer strategy
• Ensure active monitoring of trends and innovations in the Home & Well-being sector in the French-speaking and German-speaking Swiss markets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure the success of offers

Let’s talk about you and your skills

Your experience - Your education

• You have a higher education degree from a business school (or equivalent), ideally with a specialisation or Master’s in purchasing
• You have at least 5 years’ experience in purchasing, ideally in the Home & Well-being sector
• You already have a network of suppliers and partners developed through your experiences
• Your mother tongue is French and you have good knowledge of English. Proficiency in German is a plus!

Your skills - Your qualities

Hard skills

• Negotiation is part of your DNA and you know how to defend your interests while building sustainable partnerships
• You are comfortable with closing techniques and concluding commercial agreements
• You master pricing strategies (purchase price, selling price, margins) and cost management to achieve commercial objectives
• You have an advanced level in Excel and master data analysis (pivot tables, advanced formulas, comparative analyses) to identify business opportunities
• You have a strong appetite for AI and modern tools

Soft skills

• You are organised and rigorous, respecting deadlines
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build and develop projects
• You are curious and always on the lookout for new discoveries
• Perseverance is one of your strengths
• You have a strong team spirit and enjoy collaboration
