Philippe SA GenevaQuality Manager High Watchmaking Philippe SA GenevaQuality Manager High Watchmaking (M/F)MissionAs part of this role in our High Watchmaking Division, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Quality department to ensure compliance with the criteria defined by the Hallmark. You will oversee the management of dimensional and aesthetic control activities of movement components, as well as functional and aesthetic controls of movements and watches. You will ensure the growth and evolution of the Service with actions. You will be responsible for developing your teams and fostering, developing, and motivating a team of 7 and supervising a Customer Service (SCI) in High Watchmaking through the team manager.Organize and manage aesthetic and dimensional control activities of movement components, as well as the final inspection of watches and movements. Ensure the quality of watches returned to High Watchmaking Customer Service, in collaboration with the manager, and ensure the handling of internal non-conformities in the High Watchmaking division (HAH). Ensure quality monitoring of subcontractors and define the surveillance plan for new products: HAH movement components, movements, and watches (control ranges, 3D program, X Witschi program). Analyze and create product requests according to the current processes. Participate in quality rules within the different production divisions, representing High Watchmaking. Develop and coordinate the quality activities (processes and instructions) and analyze and monitor quality feedback HAH with a continuous improvement perspective. Work closely with the Commercial & Marketing and Customer Service Divisions for HAH Quality activities. Ensure compliance with the fundamental requirements sought.ProfileCFC in Watchmaking or equivalent recognized by SEFRI, completed by a technician degree in microtechnology or an engineering degree. Experience of 5 to 10 years in the field of watchmaking quality, including 3 to 5 years in management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and good knowledge of analysis tools in Excel.
