Description
You operate and maintain high voltage research labs, supporting the planning, preparation and execution of high voltage tests in a research environment.
Tasks
- Run and maintain state-of-the-art high voltage labs
- Participate in planning, preparation and execution of high voltage tests
- Collaborate closely with a team of scientists and technicians from research
- Contribute to the definition of safe testing practices during all experiment phases
- Interact with partners in adjacent high voltage labs and business units
Profile
- Education in electrical engineering with at least a bachelor degree (FH)
- Proven experience in lab work, including experimental setup with advanced measurement methods
- Knowledge of lab integrated programming using LabView, Matlab or Python is welcome
- Skills in data analysis are a plus
- Past experience in a high voltage lab is advantageous
- Conversational level in English required, good knowledge of German appreciated
