**CONTEXT**

** **

Cartier has been synonymous with expertise and excellence since 1847. Much more than just a company, the Maison has turned its creations into true legends, thanks to the men and women who make their passion their profession. It is in this pursuit of excellence that we are looking for a **High End Project Manager**, **starting in September 2025 for 12 months.**

**MAIN PURPOSE**

Reporting to the Head of High-End, the High-End Project Manager will have as main mission to increase the High-End Business in our market. He supports the Head of High-End in the definition of the High-End strategy and collaborate to install a strong commercial mindset in the network. He animates and supports the local prestige community. For all topics related to creations, he is the main contact of the High-End community. 

 

**Key Responsability 1 :**

Lead action plans related to High-End creations 

Train sales teams on High-End creations

Capitalize on the stock of High-End creations

Follow up on High-End displays

Support sales teams in their viewings and customer appointments

Negotiate the allocation of creations according to the Swiss network needs

Implement rebalancing plan in collaboration with the European Team

 

**Key Responsability 2:**

Lead the local High-End community development

Ensure the development and animation of the local community

Integrate new sales associates into local training program

Implement the High-End training yearly action plan

Support our local talents in International and European development program

Develop trust and constructive relationships with boutiques

 

**Key Responsability 3:**

Coordinate the participation to High-End events

Support sales associates in their preparation(client target, creation wishlist)

Set up specific training plan

Optimize each private viewing

Follow up on reservation and invoicing of creations

Participate in the organization of events (client program)

Organize selections of creations for local events and their display

 

**Key Responsibility 4:**

Support the manager in the definition of the High-End Strategy :

Support in the strategic action plan preparation

Implement weekly and monthly reportings

Be responsible of novelties forecasts

Be reponsible of the High-End Operation Excellence

 

**Key Responsability 5**:

Manage the High-End Merchandising Intern

Be reponsible of the High-End stock strategy

Follow up the efficient use of Plaza

Be reponsible of all the High-End creations flows

 

 

*YOUR PROFILE*

 

* 5 years of project management experience, ideally within the luxury goods or high-end retail sector
* Knowledge of Maison Cartier and the luxury universe
* Expertise and skills in jewellery
* Mastery, ease, and expertise in computer tools (Excel, Powerpoint, SAP Gemini, Database)
* Strong communication & Influential skills
* Strong ability to build effective working relationships with different interlocutors
* Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
* Strong command of both written and spoken English & French
* Self-motivated, positive attitude and team player
