Our client, a company recognised in the field of building technical installations, is looking for a Heating Site Manager to ensure the operational management of its sites in the canton of Geneva.
Heating Site Manager
Your tasks
- Organise and supervise heating installation work on site.
- Coordinate the teams of fitters and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality of execution and safety rules.
- Monitor the progress of the work and report information to the Project Manager.
- Participate in site meetings and installation handovers.
- Control supplies and the proper use of equipment.
Your profile
- Technical training in heating or HVAC.
- Proven experience in managing heating sites in Switzerland (minimum 3 years).
- Good knowledge of thermal installations and plan reading.
- Natural leadership and ability to manage teams.
- Organisation, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
- Driving licence essential.
