As part of our development, we are looking for a Heating Maintenance Sector Manager.With us, you can make things happen.Team management and development: you lead and develop the skills of technicians and site managers.Technical support: you provide the necessary technical support to the team to ensure efficient and professional intervention.Intervention management: you organize interventions and guarantee the contractual scope in CMMS, while verifying maintenance plans via the CMMS.Subcontracting management: you effectively manage subcontracting and cross-functional services in your sector.Reporting: you regularly monitor your activity with your client manager: you are the main point of contact with the client, you report on the execution of the contract and ensure the quality of service.Continuous improvement: you propose solutions to optimize performance, operations, and customer service, with a particular emphasis on health, safety, and the environment.Financial management: you ensure rigorous monitoring of budgets in collaboration with the various company departments (Energy Efficiency service, sales) and you are responsible for the profitability of the business.What you bring:You hold a diploma in the field of engineering or equivalent experience.You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.You perfectly master the tools and the office suite.You demonstrate ease of communication and leadership.What we offer:The company offers high value-added tasks in an open and dynamic corporate culture.
