Be Linde.At our site in Vufflens-la-Ville (VD) or Dagmersellen (LU), we are currently looking for a Healthcare Sales Employee 100%.Your missions and responsibilities- In this varied role, you act as the point of contact for our customers in the field of medical gases- You advise and support our customers (in particular lung leagues) with competence and process orders reliably by phone and email- You take charge of all sales support activities and independently draft offers and commercial documents- You also verify and record the necessary supply orders for unavailable gases and are responsible for data management as well as the maintenance of customer master data and prices in the system- Tasks also include managing returns, entering and tracking cylinder withdrawals reported by lung leagues, processing queries, as well as establishing monthly reports- You actively contribute to process improvements (e.g., supply during holidays, converting to recurring orders, initial commissioning)- You also actively participate in digitalization processes and tasks and contribute to the company's development towards digital transformationYour profile- You have professional training in the service sector, or a commercial diploma, or equivalent professional experience in the field- You possess good expression skills and know how to communicate with ease with different interlocutors- Autonomy and flexibility help you in your daily work- Excellent command of German and French is essential for this position- Good knowledge of English (at least B2) is an asset- You perfectly master the MS Office suite- Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage- You are open to new challenges and wish to actively contribute to the success of our company's digital transformationWhat we offer you- Benefit from a work environment combining flexibility and modernity.
