For our sites in Vufflens-la-Ville (VD) or Dagmersellen (LU), we are currently looking for a Healthcare Sales Operations Employee 100% (m/f/d).

 

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • In this varied role, you act as a point of contact for our customers in the field of medical gases
  • You competently advise and support our customers (especially pulmonary leagues) and reliably process orders by phone and email
  • You handle all sales support activities and independently draft correspondence and commercial documents
  • You also verify and record the necessary supply authorisations for unavailable gases and are responsible for data management as well as maintaining customer master data and prices in the SAP system
  • Your tasks also include managing complaints, entering and accounting for bottle withdrawals reported by pulmonary leagues, handling queries, and preparing monthly reports
  • You actively contribute to process optimisation (e.g. supply during holidays, rental concentrators, recurring orders, initial commissioning)
  • You also actively participate in digitisation and task automation processes and contribute to the company’s development towards digital transformation

 

Your profile

  • You have professional training in the service sector, a commercial diploma, or equivalent professional experience in the administrative/commercial field
  • You have good communication skills and can easily interact with different interlocutors
  • Autonomy and flexibility help you in your daily work
  • Excellent command of German and French is essential for this position
  • Good knowledge of English (at least B2) is an advantage
  • You are proficient in the MS Office suite
  • Initial experience with SAP or another ERP system is a plus
  • You are open to new challenges and want to actively contribute to the success of our company’s digital transformation
