Your mission

• Support beneficiaries in daily living activities.
• Provide basic care and ensure the comfort and well-being of patients.
• Observe the general condition of beneficiaries and relay information to the care team.
• Promote staying at home while respecting the autonomy and dignity of the people supported.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders in the care network.

Your profile

• Certificate as a Swiss Red Cross Healthcare Assistant or an equivalent qualification.
• For foreign diplomas: mandatory Swiss Red Cross recognition.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in home care.
• Ability to work independently, with rigour and empathy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Driving licence and own vehicle essential.
• Clean Swiss criminal record certificate required.
