Community Care and Health Assistant ASSC - with CFC (M/F)
Sectors: Hospital - EMS - Home Care in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud (La Côte) Your mission:
- Ensure comprehensive care of patients or beneficiaries (technical care and comfort care);
- Provide personalised and quality care within multidisciplinary teams or independently at home;
- Maintain care traceability and ensure the transmission of essential information for continuity of care;
- Contribute to maintaining autonomy and the well-being of those supported;
- Intervene in occasional assignments, planned or urgent replacements, as well as on-call missions as needed;
- Adapt to different work environments: healthcare facilities, medico-social structures or home interventions.
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) required;
- Valid practice rights in the relevant canton or recognition in progress;
- You are versatile, flexible and autonomous;
- You appreciate teamwork while being capable of working independently;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service;
- You can quickly adapt to new work environments;
- You are available for regular or occasional assignments according to your availability;
- Mobility is an asset, especially for home interventions.
