Your duties

• Ensure hygiene care, comfort, and support patients in daily living activities.
• Observe patients’ health status, relay useful information, and contribute to their safety.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team respecting care protocols and hygiene rules.

Your profile

• Certificate as a Healthcare Assistant CRS or a recognised qualification in Switzerland.
• Experience in nursing homes, clinics, hospitals, or home care is an advantage.
• OrTra or Red Cross training for medication distribution is an asset.
• Good knowledge of German required; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Good listening skills, autonomy, team spirit, and discretion.

• Observing patients’ health status, passing on relevant information, and actively contributing to their safety.

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team while adhering to care protocols and hygiene regulations.

Your profile

• Qualification as a Nursing Assistant SRK or a recognised qualification in Switzerland.

• Experience in a nursing home, clinic, hospital, or home care is advantageous.

• Certification for medication administration (e.g., via OrTra or Red Cross training) is advantageous.

• Good German skills are required; French skills are advantageous.

• Empathy, communication skills, independence, team spirit, and discretion.
