La Saphir, multi-mission and multi-site (adult psychiatric), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud, particularly in the reception and support of people whose physical and mental integrity is compromised. In this context and to complete our team, we are looking for our Temporary Reception Center Manureva in Orges, which has 25 reception places, for a:Health Auxiliary or Care and Support Assistant (all genders) on a permanent contract at 60% - ManurevaWhatever their function, Saphir professionals share a common desire: to accompany people on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional concept of like at home. This means maintaining their habits as much as possible, offering a response adapted to their wishes, and, through real interprofessional collaboration, enabling the well-being and happiness of the residents.Within our Temporary Reception Center, you accompany people in the acts of daily life, taking into account their support plan, their abilities, and their level of autonomy. You perform delegated care tasks relevant to your function and contribute to maintaining a secure, warm, and caring environment.With the interprofessional team or independently, you prepare, organize, and lead activities adapted to the needs and desires of the people welcomed. Comfortable in the kitchen, you participate in the preparation of meals and culinary workshops, considered as moments of sharing, pleasure, and maintenance of abilities. You also ensure the transport of people during outdoor activities, thus contributing to the maintenance of social ties and their openness to the outside world.YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS- You hold a CRS Health Auxiliary diploma or an AFP in Care and Support (ASA) or an equivalent title.- You possess confirmed experience in accompanying the elderly, ideally in a similar structure.- You are comfortable with the documentation of delegated care.- You enjoy cooking and are capable of preparing simple meals and leading culinary activities with the people.- You hold a category B driving license and are comfortable driving a minibus-type vehicle (9 seats).- Knowledge of the North Vaud region is an asset.- You demonstrate kindness and a posture centered on the well-being of the person.- You appreciate interprofessional teamwork and communicate in an adapted manner.- You master French (oral and written) as well as standard computer tools.WE OFFER- The possibility of working in an environment rich in contacts.- The opportunity to participate in institutional projects.- Working and salary conditions according to the CCT SAN (collective labor agreement for the Vaud parapublic health sector).
