In the context of banquets, catering services, executive lounges, or within à la carte restaurants, you will participate in setting up the dining rooms, offer a warm welcome to guests, and ensure the service of food and drinks by applying current standards. You will bring your expertise and interpersonal skills to guarantee high-quality service.Profile soughtYou possess a minimum of experience as a server - Chef de rang in high-end hotel establishments or in gastronomic/bistronomic type restaurants. You ideally possess initial training in dining room service. Jovial and pleasant, you are organized, rigorous, dynamic, and customer-oriented. Able to advise your clients on food and wine pairings, you express yourself perfectly in French and possess good knowledge of English and/or German.
