As part of this position, you will join an establishment recognized for its high standards, the quality of its service, and its refined gastronomic environment. You will be responsible for ensuring precise, elegant, and professional service, in perfect coherence with the standards of a starred establishment.You will participate in setting up the dining room, welcoming and accompanying a demanding clientele, as well as ensuring the smooth running of service in your section. You will also be required to present the Chef's dishes with ease, clarity, and precision, while guaranteeing a fluid, polished, and personalized customer experience.Profile soughtWe are looking for a person passionate about the world of gastronomy, endowed with excellent presentation, a keen sense of service, and real ease in the dining room. A successful experience in a similar position as a Chef de rang within a Michelin-starred restaurant is strongly desired. Previous experience in Geneva would also be an asset.ConditionsThe position is offered with split shifts, from Tuesday to Saturday, with rest days on Sundays and Mondays. The establishment offers five weeks of vacation per year, fixed during closing periods, notably in summer, at Christmas, and in February.
