To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated person on a full-time basis for the regions of Neuchâtel, Villeneuve, Salgesch, Lausanne, Geneva and Plan-les-Ouates to fill the position of

Head of the Romandy Region 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You define all necessary measures to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives in your sector
• Operational management in the sector under your responsibility
• Monitoring insurance companies in your sector
• Active participation in the search for suitable sites
• Market watch and analysis of competitors' activities
• Handling complaints

Your profile:

• A solid education in sales and management, combined with corresponding practical experience; you also have technical knowledge in the automotive field
• Further training in general management or business management at ES level
• You know how to convince with your personality and interpersonal skills and create a climate of trust
• Good communication and motivation skills
• Resident in the assigned regions
• Very good command of German and French, both spoken and written
