What you achieve

• You lead and further develop the production planning team both professionally and personally.
• You continuously develop the planning processes and contribute to the advancement of the Integrated Business Planning organisation (IBP).
• You are responsible for supply planning in the Egg business unit with a horizon currently up to +18 months within the framework of Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• You manage SAP IBP Supply and other planning tools and continuously develop the planning processes.
• You identify risks, evaluate scenarios, and initiate targeted measures to ensure product availability.
• You optimise inventory levels, coverage, and planning quality, thereby contributing to efficiency and profitability.
• You work closely with internal stakeholders, lead relevant S&OP/S&OE meetings, and help shape future-proof production strategies.

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: You have a completed degree or higher professional training as well as several years of experience in production and supply planning.
• Professional experience: You bring solid practical experience in production, material, or supply planning, ideally in the FMCG environment.
• You have already led employees and understand how to promote and further develop teams.
• You are very familiar with SAP, SAP IBP Supply, and MS Office.
• You have a good understanding of short-, medium-, and long-term planning processes as well as S&OP and S&OE methods.
• You convince with analytical and interconnected thinking, high resilience, and strong skills in stakeholder and change management.
• You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good French skills.
