You propose and then develop a strategic vision for the unit, allowing for an efficient response to the needs of the institution.Key missions- You plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise the team's activities in collaboration with the other unit heads of the entity, reporting to the hierarchy and ensuring service continuity.- You facilitate team meetings, working sessions, and necessary exchanges.- You prepare, verify, and finalize the pre-budget and the annual budget.- You establish monthly, quarterly, and annual budget monitoring.- You take part in projects made necessary by the activity in collaboration with the various managers of the finance entity and management.- You participate in the formalization of internal controls through the drafting of processes, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring their continuous improvement and monitoring their application and compliance.- You ensure the development of a culture of collaboration and cohesion with the other unit heads of the entity.Your profile- Bachelor's degree in management- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position- Excellent command of standard office tools- Excellent organizational and priority management skills- Ability to analyze and synthesize- Solid communication and writing skills- Ability to manage and motivate a teamWhat EVAM offers- A committed work environment- A continuing education policy to advance your career- A teleworking policy- 5 weeks of vacation (6 from age 50)- Very good social benefits- Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural contextThe recruitment process in 2 steps:1.
