As Head of Legal Services Claims, you join the Leadership Team -Life and assume the management of the Claims legal department. A key role in the development of our Claims to evolve our services well beyond legal management.TOGETHER, CELEBRATE SUCCESS.Together for the real that and develop a team and based in Nyon and Adliswil.- Assume responsibility for legal matters related to Non-Life claims settlement.- Contribute to the evolution of claims management by relying on the Technical Excellence approach.- Manage complex claims files as well as judicial, (Ombudsman) and extrajudicial proceedings.- Advise and support Claims teams on complex legal matters.- Represent the company before courts, authorities and professional bodies.Your skills- Law degree and Swiss bar exam.- Confirmed experience in private insurance law, civil liability law and/or social insurance law.- Experience in team management or strong leadership potential.- Thinking and ability to provide solutions and oriented skills in and in to travel regularly between our headquarters in Nyon and Adliswil.- Mastery of French and German, both oral and written (C1-C2 level for both).
