In this versatile and exciting role, you will support, relieve, and lead the maintenance team as the Head of Garden Maintenance, responsible for the care and maintenance of green spaces and areas of various properties. The winter service is also part of your main tasks: - Employee leadership/support - Planning and executing gardening work - Responsible for finances - Recognizing and offering potential - Availability for winter service - Primary contact for clients - Purchasing equipment Your Profile: - Vocational training with a professional certificate - Several years of leadership experience (mandatory) - Driver's license B (motor vehicles up to 3.5t) - Several years of experience in garden maintenance/gardening - Good oral and written German skills - Good user of standard Microsoft tools - Biological knowledge - Practical skills and abilities - High service and customer orientation Ready for us?
