You manage a department of about 60 people and are responsible for defining objectives in terms of volume, quality, and production costs. You are charged with optimizing and monitoring existing processes. You support team leaders in the development, recruitment, and management of personnel. You lead and guide your team on various projects. You are responsible for managing dashboards in your domain. You develop and support continuous improvement. Our quality/safety system is one of your priorities. You ensure compliance with company directives, including hygiene, quality, environment, and safety standards in effect. What you bring: Education: Degree with a Federal Certificate or equivalent in the agri-food sector. Professional experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position. You are recognized as a committed ground manager who knows how to work in a team. You enjoy responsibilities that you take on successfully and autonomously. You can adapt to demands, being flexible when required, and are able to make decisions. Your leadership and communication skills enable you to develop solid relationships with all your contacts. You have good knowledge of tools (MS Office, SAP). Fluent in French. German (an asset).We offer: 18 weeks of vacation / 4 weeks of vacation.
