For one of our clients in Geneva, we are looking for a senior technology executive to take ownership of a digital platform portfolio and manage high-calibre teams.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
Define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for a digital platform
Own the full lifecycle of a suite of interconnected applications — from design to delivery
Lead and grow a team of various technical profiles and engineers
Ensure platform stability, security, and regulatory compliance at all times
Translate strategic business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps, balancing innovation with operational stability
Manage budgets, resource allocation, capacity planning and risk governance
Report on program and project progress at executive and board level
Drive cross-functional collaboration with business, legal, compliance, and external partners
Establish vendor partnerships and lead change management for new frameworks and methodologies
PROFIL ATTENDU
Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
Solid experience in IT solution delivery, team leadership and software development
10+ years of experience owning complex, multi-product portfolios at enterprise scale
Experience in managing product lifecycle development end-to-end
Deep expertise in modern technology stacks, architecture patterns, and emerging technologies
Experience operating in highly regulated environments
Equally comfortable engaging with engineering teams and executive stakeholders
Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate
