Cadrans Fluckiger SA Dial Blank Manager (M/F) Mission In this role, within our Production Division, you will lead, organize, and supervise the activities to ensure the execution of the production plan according to quality criteria and Philippe standards. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct the stamping, machining, welding, and manual activities while respecting quality and deadlines. Ensure an optimal coverage level of the blank stock by managing load/capacity and enhancing industrial performance monitoring to balance work in progress and scheduling. Accompany, encourage, motivate, and develop your team comprising 18 members, of which 8 work in shifts (2x8). Support your team in managing individual and team performance, promoting learning, versatility, and skills necessary for individual development and the team’s performance. Lead and facilitate problem-solving using different methodologies while deploying continuous improvement approaches to stabilize processes and reduce non-quality rates. Desired Profile Technician ES and/or Engineer degree in mechanical and/or industrial engineering or equivalent. 5 years of managerial experience in an industrial production environment. Knowledge of the watchmaking sector is a real asset. Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools and production management (OEE, 5S, Kanban, Conwip, problem-solving methods). Good command of an ERP and office tools (MS Office). Ease in creating and maintaining relationships with strong oral and written communication skills.
