The Debt Collection Office of the Aigle district employs nearly 20 people and is looking for a Chief Bailiff for a Debt Collection Office.Responsibilities- Manage a forced execution sector and contribute to the continuous training of staff and apprentices.- Provide assistance and technical support to bailiffs of a Debt Collection Office for complex files and cases.- Carry out forced execution operations necessary for the settlement of debtors' debts and perform searches for debtors.- Execute seizures, sequestrations, and inventories for rents.- Draft minutes intended for the parties to the procedure.- Manage income seizure and movable property sale files.- Manage files.You will find more information in the job description by clicking here.Do you have questions?
