The Scenic Group is a leading luxury global travel company with offices around the world and has grown over its 40-year history to include all-inclusive escorted tours; two award-winning river cruise lines – Scenic and Emerald Cruises; and in 2019, the World’s First Discovery Yacht – Scenic Eclipse.We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on person to join our international team.Head of Corporate TaxResponsibilitiesTax efficiency and risks management (incl. restructuring, liquidations, refinancing)Tax audits managementOversight of corporate tax risks in local operationsAccuracy of Transfer Pricing documentation incl review of intercompany transactionsSupport in the review and coordination of global tax reporting and provisions as part of the annual financial statementsCorporate tax compliance (tax returns)Work with local accounting teams to improve the quality and consistency of tax accounting dataCalculation of deferred taxes and the reconciliation of tax ratesSupport in the collection, validation and preparation of data for compliance purposes in accordance with Pillar 2 (OECD GloBE)Identification and implementation of process improvements in the Group-wide tax reporting proceduresSupport for ad hoc projects and questions in the area of corporate taxes, TPExperience and QualificationsSound professional experience (at least 5 years) in the field of corporate tax law, ideally in a multinational company or a Big 4 accounting firmExperience with Swiss principal structuresProven expertise in IFRS tax law, including deferred taxesAdvanced Excel knowledgeKnowledge of Pillar 2 requirements (OECD GloBE) or similar regulatory frameworks is a great advantageExperience in working with local accounting teams in various jurisdictionsStrong analytical and reviewing skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and prioritize at peak times.Excellent communication skills in English (German and other languages are an advantage).Confident in a remote and international team environmentWe offer you a very independent and dynamic job in a young and passionate team.
