Separated from the legislative and executive powers, it fulfills its mission in complete independence, has its own budget, and is an autonomous employer.General Chancery Manager at 100%Reporting to the Secretary General of the Judiciary, your main missions are to ensure, with your team, the optimal functioning of the governance and management bodies of the Judiciary, by ensuring that the General Chancery provides them with high-level logistical and editorial support. You plan, organize, and prepare the activity of these bodies and participate in their meetings, alternating with your deputy. You analyze incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and files, identify the issues and internal or external contributors responsible for handling them, prepare or have prepared draft responses or reports, and ensure the dissemination and execution of the decisions taken. You ensure the quality of the support provided to the governance and management bodies, as well as that of the minutes. You guarantee document management, set up and guarantee reliable and fluid communication with the services of the Grand Council, departments, offices or services of the cantonal administration or other federal and cantonal authorities, as well as with other partners collaborating continuously with the Judiciary and its jurisdictions. You supervise the internal procedures of the Judiciary with a view to the proper conduct of judicial elections, in close collaboration with the services of the Grand Council and the service of the cantonal administration. You personally manage any file or subject entrusted by the Secretary General and contribute to transversal projects linked to the activity of the institution. You pilot the organization of institutional events organized by the Judiciary. You supervise the members of the chancery, composed of a deputy chancery manager and three assistants. You ensure the consistency of processes and work on the continuous improvement of quality.ProfileYou hold a university degree (master's level), ideally supplemented by training in public management or a related field. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, in a public administration, an autonomous establishment, or a private structure, serving a governance body, a general management, or a board of directors. You have experience in the close supervision of a small team of employees or have strong analytical and synthesis skills. You anticipate with ease, manage priorities, and know how to proceed with reactivity and flexibility to necessary adjustments. You conduct several tasks in parallel with ease and adapt with pleasure to change and the unforeseen. You attach great importance to rigor and precision. You write with ease and have a good knowledge of Genevan and Swiss public institutions, as well as parliamentary processes. You finally have a great sense of service to the public, internal or external.
