Head of Building Services and Security Officer 100% Your mission: The Service is responsible for managing communal buildings, both in terms of maintenance and construction. This activity includes concierge work and close collaboration with property management in the technical field; Management of building maintenance teams and parish staff; Internal contact for all workplace safety issues, MSST, risk prevention, monitoring building safety plans, in close collaboration with human resources; Responsible for the execution and implementation of actions desired by the municipality; Advising on the development of communal infrastructure; Management, for the Municipality, of architects and engineers in connection with buildings (new constructions, notes, reports (technical, needs files, etc.) and notices, to enable political bodies to make decisions and/or follow up on the budget related to these activities; Monitoring of incident and nuisance files, correspondence with insurance companies, resolution of disputes, by the Municipality with service providers and professionals. Profile: Technician ES in construction management, architecture section or Federal Certificate in property management; At least five years of experience in handling complex projects and team management; Knowledge of technical standards and public procurement regulations; Excellent mastery of Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook); Good writing and spelling skills; Ability to synthesize (identify issues, risks, opportunities), independence, versatility, listening skills, critical thinking, teamwork; Good stress resistance as well as a proven ability to operate in a dynamic and political environment; Proactive and solution-oriented.
