The Vaud Hospitals (FHVi) is the preferred partner of 12 hospitals and regional healthcare establishments in the canton of Vaud. FHVi supports them in the many challenges of digital healthcare and has the primary missions of planning, designing, implementing, and operating the X system for its members. There are more than 120 people serving for a network of over workplaces distributed across a hundred geographic sites and across three cantons (VD, VS, FR). For the sake of reading convenience, the terms are presented in the masculine form only.Head of ManagementWhat if you led the governance of an X system?Join FHVi and take responsibility for the service at the heart of the X hospital system. In this role, you will lead several teams of Managers / Product Owners, with a total workforce of approximately 30 people, and you will structure portfolio management to ensure the quality, stability, and evolution of the tools used daily by healthcare professionals. Your mission includes establishing effective governance of requests, structuring processes, and professionalizing management practices in a complex and rapidly changing environment. You will play a key role in the interactions between business units, IT teams, and technology partners, to ensure the coherence and performance of the X system.As the Head of Management, you are responsible for the overall steering of the portfolio. You will structure the service, develop management practices, and guarantee the quality of support and evolution of the tools related to your role.
