You ensure stock management, ordering, and delivery logistics, anticipating team needs and managing kitchen teams by establishing schedules, leading briefings, and ensuring a positive and professional dynamic is maintained within the kitchen. You strictly ensure compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP), occupational safety, and the proper execution of recipes. You are also responsible for monitoring daily indicators: cost control, weekly reporting, and profitability analysis. You ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of equipment, storage areas, and the workspace.
