Head Chef (M/F)
Job DescriptionAs Head Chef, in direct contact with management and leading a team of experienced professionals, your mission will be to offer a refined and flavoursome culinary selection, subtly blending tradition and modernity, aimed at a discerning clientele. As the true guardian of the establishment’s gastronomic identity, you will oversee all services across the hotel’s various points of sale, including room service as well as events and banquets. You will be able to organise, structure and energise kitchen operations by instilling a culture focused on quality, rigour and excellence. As a proactive contributor, you will actively participate in the evolution of the culinary offer by bringing new ideas and current trends, while respecting the establishment’s DNA and vision as well as the defined budgetary objectives.
Profile SoughtWith a solid initial training in cooking, your career has allowed you to hold the position of Head Chef for at least three years within a top-tier hotel establishment. Comfortable with current culinary techniques as well as large production volumes, you are above all a passionate, creative, committed and quality-oriented individual. Seen as a natural leader by your teams, you know how to unite your collaborators around ambitious goals while maintaining a positive and constructive working atmosphere. A good manager, you control your costs, are comfortable with common IT tools and possess an excellent sense of organisation and priorities.
