We are exclusively mandated to recruit a Head Chef for a private family (UHNWI) based in the La Côte region, on the shores of Lake Geneva, in the canton of Vaud (Switzerland).

As Head Chef, you will report to an Executive Chef who has been with the family for many years and is ready to share all his knowledge with you.

Your main base would be the residence located in the Lake Geneva region, but you should be flexible to travel with the family several months a year (up to 3 months in winter in another location in Switzerland where accommodation will be provided, and on various occasions for 7 to 10 days in another villa in Europe where accommodation will also be provided).

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to use only the best available products and to work in a very professional environment.

It is a long-term opportunity, with a full-time permanent contract, offering stability and continuity. The position comes with a very competitive salary.

We are looking for a candidate

• who has a solid knowledge of Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. Knowledge of other international cuisines will be an additional asset.
• Candidates must be experienced head chefs or sous chefs who have worked in 5-star luxury hotels or other high-end establishments, or experienced private chefs who have worked within private families.
• You must also be able to communicate in French and some English (intermediate level) and be authorised to work in Switzerland or Europe.
• Current or previous experience within private families is an asset.
• You must currently reside in Switzerland or continental Europe (in-person interviews required)
