Lausanne region For one of our clients, a recognized structure in functional rehabilitation, we are looking for a hand therapy specialized Occupational Therapist (H/F) Your missions: - Take care of patients suffering from hand, wrist, and upper limb post-surgical issues, musculoskeletal disorders, and neurological conditions. - Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and propose personalized treatment plans. - Design and adapt custom and dynamic orthoses. - Implement programs aimed at improving mobility, strength, sensitivity, and overall hand function. - Collaborate closely with physicians, hand surgeons, and other members of the multidisciplinary team. - Ensure precise and documented tracking of the evolution of patients. Profile: - Degree in Occupational Therapy (HES or equivalent) or confirmed experience in hand therapy (continuing education, internships, in private practice or hospital settings). - Mastery of thermoplastic orthosis techniques. - Excellent clinical analysis abilities, attention to detail, and precision in gestures, comfort, and rigor, with the capacity to work in a team.
