Your future responsibilities:You will organize and ensure the follow-up of the construction sites, both new and renovation, and manage the teams of painters and plasterers. You will plan the work and ensure compliance with deadlines, read the plans and carry out the necessary measurements for the proper execution of the work, coordinate activities with project management and other trades, control the quality of work, and ensure compliance with standards. You will manage the budget and follow up on progress.Profile:You hold a vocational diploma as a painter, plasterer, or an equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by a federal foreman certificate. You have confirmed experience in Switzerland in a similar position and have good knowledge of Swiss standards (SIA, site safety).
