To complete our team, we are looking for a:Guest AgentWorkplace: Beau-RivageStart date: To be agreedContract type: PermanentResponsibilities- You welcome, accompany, and follow up with all our clientele, from the beginning of the stay until departure.- You are their privileged contact, particularly for our VIP clientele.- You anticipate the desires, wishes, and preferences of our guests and personalize the service according to the client profile.- You coordinate all special requests and manage arrangements and preferences for restaurants or Spa, special occasions, marriage proposals, etc., with our various departments.- You transcribe all information relevant to our guests (birthdays, wishes, restrictions, allergies, etc.) into our hotel software.- You communicate daily all malfunctions, complaints, and disputes noted in our complaint report, addressed internally.- You respond to customer comments through our various communication channels.- You ensure the daily room check according to preferences, special amenities, or any specific request, and provide support for our reception teams by mastering arrivals, departures, or any other customer assistance at the reception desk.Profile sought- You master office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Opera Cloud is an asset.- You have knowledge of reception techniques as well as luxury codes.- You are smiling, organized, rigorous, and flexible, with excellent presentation and very good interpersonal skills.- You demonstrate open-mindedness, the ability to manage stress, and a strong sense of hospitality and customer service.- You demonstrate discretion as well as written and verbal ease.- You hold a diploma in hospitality (CFC hotel specialist, hotel school, CAP/BEP/BTS, or complementary reception-welcoming mention).- You justify 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function in a 5* luxury establishment or Palace.- You are bilingual in French/English; any other language constitutes an advantage.Benefits- Temporary accommodation- Internal training- Free access to a fitness center in the region- Preferential rates within the hotels of our group and additional Swiss benefitsRequirements: In order to be able to work in Switzerland, the candidate must be in possession of a work permit or must meet the legal requirements for obtaining a permit.Why join Sandoz HotelsJoining Sandoz Hotels means integrating a group where excellence, the development of talents, and sustainable development are at the heart of our values.
