Growth Marketing Manager – Marketplace & Commercial PerformanceWe are recruiting a Growth Marketing Manager to support the growth of an international food-tech marketplace business in France.We are looking for someone with relevant experience in marketplace, e-commerce trading or e-merchandising, with hands-on responsibility for improving commercial performance through pricing, promotions, merchandising and data analysis.Reporting to a Senior Manager, this role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth of the French market within an international and fast-moving environment.What you'll be doing Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase orders and conversionAnalyse customer behaviour, sales data and commercial performanceDevelop and optimise pricing, promotions and merchandising initiativesImprove the visibility and performance of products, offers or menus across digital platformsSupport launches and growth initiatives in the French marketTest new ideas, measure results and continuously optimise performanceWork closely with international Marketing, Commercial and Operations teams What we're looking for Fluent French and English4+ years of experience in marketplace, e-commerce trading, e-merchandising or a closely related commercial roleHands-on experience managing or optimising pricing, promotions, assortment, menus or marketplace merchandisingProven ability to use commercial data to improve orders, conversion, revenue or average order valueExperience within food delivery, marketplaces, QSR (quick-service restaurants) or high-volume e-commerce would be particularly relevant What’s on offer €40,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience39-hour working week with RTTLunch vouchersEmployer-sponsored private healthcare and contribution towards public transport costsCentral Paris office with up to 2 days working from home To apply, please submit your CV or send it to thank all applicants for their interest; however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Discover more opportunities at www.eurolondon.fr
