Group Reporting Analyst 80-100% (w/m/d)
Your Tasks
Support the monthly group closing and consolidation of actual reporting and forecasting
Prepare internal reports for management and the Board of Directors
Conduct monthly performance analyses at group level in close collaboration with the business groups and local finance teams
Contribute to the further development of internal reporting with a focus on relevant KPIs, and drive the digitization of reporting processes
Advise and support Finance & Controlling teams on accounting and reporting topics
Prepare and ensure the quality of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS for the Rieter annual and semi-annual reports
Support the preparation of presentations, media releases, and other documentation for Investor Relations
Support to coordinate the external group audit process on a global level
Take ownership of the maintenance and further development of the Rieter Internal Control System (ICS)
Support local Rieter entities during the closing process
Contribute to ongoing projects, including ICS setup and global accounting process standardization
Participate in cross-functional Finance department initiatives
Your Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration (University / FH). Preferred in Accounting and Finance (also suitable for students in their final year)
Basic knowledge in IFRS and consolidation is a plus
Prior audit experience is a plus (i.e. internship)
Preferrable first experience in a group consolidation and reporting team.
Flexibility to implement various projects/initiatives as needed and ability to adapt to changing environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools is preferred
