**CONTEXT**
In an increasingly data-driven HR landscape, the effective utilization of people data is paramount. As a People Analytics Engineer, you will be at the forefront of enabling data-driven decision-making within the HR function, leveraging the Visier platform to unlock insights and drive strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for the management, optimization, and adoption of the Visier platform, as well as upskilling the HR function on People Analytics methodologies. This critical role involves close collaboration with HR Executives, data engineers, HRIS teams, and the People Analytics community to ensure that the Visier platform is effectively utilized to its full potential. You will drive continuous improvement in our people analytics capabilities, contributing directly to our overall HR strategy and business outcomes.
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
Reporting to the Group People Analytics Director, this role will be responsible for the following, including but not limited to:
* **Visier Platform Management and Optimization:** You will serve as the primary expert for the Visier platform within the HR organization, configuring and customizing it to meet the specific analytical needs of the business. You will develop and maintain Visier data models and calculations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You will also troubleshoot Visier-related issues and provide support to users.
* **Visier Release Analysis and Adoption:** You will analyze Visier releases, digest those, create summaries for the People Analytics community, and drive adoption of new features.
* **Analytics Enablement:** You will collaborate with HR Executives to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable analytics requirements. You will ensure data is accessible and readily available for analysis. You will develop and maintain Visier dashboards and workbooks to support analytical projects, with a focus on data storytelling.
* **Data Integration:** You will work with data engineers and HRIS teams to ensure seamless data integration between source systems and Visier, troubleshooting data integration issues and ensuring data quality.
* **Training and Upskilling:** You will develop and deliver training programs to upskill the HR function on People Analytics methodologies and to ensure mastery of the Visier platform within the HR function. You will create training materials and documentation for Visier and People Analytics methodologies, providing ongoing support and mentorship to HR staff.
* **Collaboration and Communication**: You will collaborate with HR Executives, data engineers, HRIS teams, Visier support, and the People Analytics community, communicating Visier-related information and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also be responsible for animating the community of people analytics practitioners within the Group, fostering engagement, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption.
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
* Master's degree in mathematics, computer science, or related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a focus on HR data and People Analytics
* Extensive experience with Visier or strong ambition to learn fast to master the platform.
* Knowledge of HR data and processes, including experience with Workday HCM
* Experience working in a global, multinational organization with a complex matrix structure
* Strong SQL experience is a plus.
* Experience in developing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Deep understanding of Visier data models, calculations, and security features.
* Excellent training and facilitation skills.
* Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
