Become the engine of an agile and intelligent company by seamlessly interconnecting the company's systems and services with those of its missions that you will: - Ensure responsibility for the design, delivery, and maintenance of solutions that interconnect Vaudoise's systems with each other and with our partners.- Orchestrate the ecosystem to create smooth and high-value journeys based on enriched APIs and intelligent facades.- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of about 10 people, spread between Lausanne and Portugal, in a near-shore context.- Develop implementation planning while taking into account the enterprise roadmap and associated dependencies.- Support the transition and skill enhancement of your team on cloud technologies.- Define performance indicators (KPIs), measure service quality, and drive continuous improvement plans.- Manage relationships with suppliers, external and internal partners.- Contribute to defining the vision for the services regarding financial management of solutions including TCO, licenses, and costs.Your profile: - Higher education qualification of HES, university or ETH in computer science or generalist fields.- You have experience in software development (Java, .NET) and master the entire ecosystem. You have already managed technical profiles and can unite a team around complex projects.- Demonstrated ability to coach and lead Scrum teams towards increased and continuous performance of processes, aiming for stable velocity and customer quality and service orientation.- Excellent ability to unite, inspire and support change.- Fluent French, fluent English essential (C1 minimum - daily working language with near-shore teams).- Proactive, open, and curious, you enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team environment. Enthusiastic and client-oriented, you find it easy to communicate.
