GROUND AGENTS – LOST & FOUND Seasonal Auxiliaries (M/F)

Fixed-term contract from October 2026 to 30 April 2027

Do you enjoy contact with passengers from around the world, finding solutions, helping and speaking various languages? We want to offer you an exciting professional experience, at the heart of an international field where every day is different. Comprehensive training will be provided from the start of your employment. You will join a friendly team working in a convivial atmosphere.

Your tasks

• Welcome passengers whose luggage is missing, damaged or pilfered;
• Create a file using the computer system, enter data to conduct searches and handle the case quickly;
• Process emails;
• Answer all passenger questions and reassure them.

Your profile

• Good command of English and French, any other language is an asset;
• Excellent presentation and sense of hospitality;
• Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office);
• Customer orientation and service mindset;
• Organisational skills; availability and flexibility;
• Team spirit;
• Initiative;
• Stress resistance;
• Punctuality;
• Clean criminal record;
• You are available to work between 6am and midnight, on weekdays (according to your availability) and weekends. Availability required during the year-end holidays.

Irregular hours every day, including weekends.

This auxiliary contract is suitable for both students and non-students who wish to adapt their working days to their availability, including working weekends.
